"To say your business went above and beyond is an understatement!! We came in from Michigan only to find our vehicle broke down. After trying for hours to get people to help by giving us a jump, the vehicle wouldn't start again and we had to end up leaving it at a gas station. This morning, John from South Point casino called your shop and explained our situation. Within minutes, one of your employees showed up at the casino, took us to our car, jumped it, then let us follow him back to your shop where he checked it all out for us, knowing we had many more miles to go before we got to our final destination. I'm very sad my old self doesn't remember his name (he was from New Zealand), but he was just a joy in every way, and made this business one we will use and recommend many times over. The entire staff was wonderful, and the pricing was too. Thank you all so very much!!!"

"I am writing to commend the performance of one of your employees. Since coming to your business back in January, 2011, I have dealt only with the service manager he has always explained the work needed on my 2004 Nissan Murano in the written estimate. The quiet, self-assured confidence that he exhibited always put me at ease. I never got the feeling that he was trying to sell me parts or service I didn't need like so many other auto repair shops that I have been to before.


Several months ago I brought in my Murano again and was told and that I needed extensive work to include front struts and strut mounts as well as front lower control arms with ball joints. He told me that when he finished the work, the car would drive like new. True to his word, when I got the car back, it drove like it did when it was new.


Finally, when my daughter was having problems with her 2003 Hyundai Accent. He went through her car noted what needed to be done and suggested what order that he would do the repairs if she could not afford to do them all at one time.


When I found out that about $2,000 in repairs were needed, I asked his help in convincing my daughter that it did not make sense to put $2,000 in a car that was worth only $1,700 (what CarMax told us they would give us to buy the car! I). We had the brakes, calipers, and rotors replaced and subsequently a month later sold the car to CarMax for $1,700 after we bought her a used car to replace it.



Courteous and professional demeanor and honesty will keep me coming back to Auto Air & More for repairs to my Nissan Murano and now, for my daughter's 2005 Honda Civic. I have also recommended your shop to several neighbors and friends."

Just had to tell you how happy and grateful I am for the great work you all did on my 2004 Durango.  From your initial inspection, Kim’s help with referrals to paint shops and other miscellaneous auto stores and finally to Gil’s great work on my A/C and key fobs, I was very pleased. I can’t say enough how happy I was with Gil’s work on the key fobs. I’ve taken them to numerous shops, including 2 Dodge dealers and all of them wanted to replace the entire keyless entry system and keys and never discovered the true problem with the key fob battery contacts.  Gil is awesome!  You guys have won all future work on my Durango and any referrals I can make.  Thanks for everything to you and your team!

"I have been a customer of Auto Air & More since 1992 when their shop was located on Decatur near Alta. I have always been completely satisfied with their work but more importantly I’ve always felt that they were completely honest. That cannot be said for some auto repair shops in Las Vegas. Back in 2000, I needed to replace the front wheel brake linings on my ’95 Ford. I asked the service mgr. at Auto Air & More to check my rear wheel brake linings and if they needed to be replaced, he had my permission to do so. When I received my car back, I was told that the rear brake linings were fine. They could have replaced them or said they did and I wouldn’t have known the difference. This confirmed what I already knew about their honesty. If you are looking for an Auto Repair shop that does great work and you can trust, I recommend Auto Air & More."
